Ephedra: No Proof of FDA's Ephedra Claims
Tena Campbell, a U.S. District Court Judge in Salt Lake City, said the FDA had failed to meet the burden of proof that any specific dosage of ephedra posed a dangerous health threat. Campbell said there was no evidence indicating that low doses of ephedra were harmful.
