Over-Possession Of Ephedrine

A 21-year-old Oklahoma man is in trouble... for over-possession of ephedrine. In Arkansas it's against the law to possess more than a certain amount of ephedrine (due to its use in the creation of crystal meth), and the nine boxes of ephedrine that the suspect allegedly had on him was above the limit.
Sheriff's deputies, in conjunction with the South Central Drug Task Force (see the meth tie-in?), seized the ephedrine and arrested the man. He claims that he planned simply to resell it in Oklahoma for a profit.
